Pam O’Neill has over 30 years' experience in the operations of small companies, including with five start-up organizations. Pam is a CPA, MBA (University of Baltimore grad!), obtained her PHR certification in 2012, and the updated SHRM-CP in 2015. She is experienced with Microsoft Windows, Office products including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Publisher, Quicken, QuickBooks (Certified Pro Advisor), and numerous customized accounting systems.
